摘要
试验表明水稻立枯病菌主要是由Rhizoctonia solani引起,其次是Fusarium spp。用30％土菌消对大棚育苗或旱育苗的立枯病防效甚好。使用浓度以500倍液防效最好,以750～1000倍液为经济、有效浓度;施用期以播前、一叶一心、以至三叶一心期连续3次应用防治效果最好,若只在播前使用防效虽也较好,但有效期仅15～20d。与敌克松,利克菌等农药相比也以土菌消防效较好,而且对稻苗有促进生长作用。
The causal pathogens of rice damping off were mainly Rhizoctonia solani, secondly were Fusarium spp. 30% Tachigaren used to control the rice damping off was effective. The 500 times dilution of Tachigaren got the best efficacy and the 750-1000 times dilution of Tachigaren was the economical effective concentration. Three consecutive times spray (before sowing time, one leaf stage and three-leaf stage) got best effect. Besides, the Tachigaren will help stimulate the growth of rice seedling.
