Coolnice 尼龙 66交织物改善了尼龙纤维的服用性能 ,织物手感柔软、滑爽且挺括 ,穿着凉爽、透气 ,提高了产品的附加值。在开发该产品时建议采用尼龙 66与超细旦涤纶进行交织 ,并采用一浴法染色 ,以使色差更易控制 ,且重现性好 ,牢度高。
In this article, Coolnice/Nylon 66 mixture fabric and one bath dyeing process are introduced. The fabric features wear ability improvement to nylon fiber, soft handle, smoothness and stiffness, cool and breath. The mixture fabric made from nylon 66 and superfine polyester is recommended, since it is more suitable to one bath dyeing, and owns the advantages of controllable color difference, good reproducibility and higher color fastness.
