摘要
由于超细FeS2 应用广泛 ,因而进行了搅拌磨生产超细FeS2 粉体的研究。在添加助磨剂PZ的条件下 ,当矿浆浓度为 5 0 % ,球料比为 5∶1,磨矿时间为 4h时 ,可以得到平均粒径 <3 5 μm的超细FeS2 粉体。文中分析了FeS2 超细粉磨的动力学过程 ,同时分析了超细粉磨产品粒度与能耗的关系 ,可用Charles定律来表示。
The study on the production of superfine FeS 2 powder with grinding mill is carried out due to the wide application of superfine FeS 2.The superfine FeS 2 powder with an average grain size of less than 3 5μm can be obtained after 4 hours of grinding at a pulp density of 50%,ball to material ratio of 5∶1 with the addition of PZ grinding aids.The paper analyzes the dynamics process of superfine grinding of FeS 2 and the relationship between the grain size and energy consumption of superfine grinding product which can be expressed by Charles law.
