摘要
改革开放二十多年来,中国社会的深入变革给当代大学生带来了巨大冲击。面对大学生活跃、复杂的思想动态,我们的思想政治工作应当紧跟形势的发展,主动调整工作方法,以适应学生的思想特点,以保证学生思想政治工作的顺利开展。本文从对当前大学生思想主流特点的分析入手,在如何与时俱进,不断增强大学生思想政治工作的活力方面提出了若干思考。
The tremendous reform of Chinese society over the past two decades has brought about a much more dynamic,diversified and complicated generation of college students.Their ideological education should be updated accordingly to have effects.
