摘要
通过对沉默权由来的叙述 ,分析了沉默权在我国的法实践和障碍 ,揭示了沉默权在刑事诉讼中的法价值。
Through the description of the origins and developments of privilege of silence, the paper analyzes the practice and impediment of privilege of silence in China and points out the procedural values of privilege of silence in criminal procedure.
