摘要
中国的事情关键在党 ,关键在人。通过对党内民主与人民民主、党的建设、民主集中制之间关系的分析 ,本文试图说明 :目前党的问题关键在于如何完善党的领导、如何充分发扬民主 ,使党切实代表人民的利益 ,用制度把“代表最广大人民的根本利益”人格化。
The key to Chinese affairs is Party and individuals. Th rough analyzing the relationships among inner Party democracy and demos' democra cy, party building, democratic centralism, this article wants to explain that pr esent key to the problems of Party is how to perfect Party's leadership and how to develop democracy fully so as to personify “representing most people's inter ests”.
