摘要
为确定模型中的重要参数,研究了玉米生育期、肥力和品种对大斑病的主要抗性组分——侵染机率、潜育期和病斑产孢量的影响。研究表明:玉米生育期对侵染机率和潜育期有显著影响,每增长1个叶片,玉米抗侵染力约提高0.5倍,潜育期约延长0.5d;约在10~20叶期病斑产孢量达到高峰。肥力水平与侵染机率呈显著负相关,对潜育期无明显影响;肥力水平与病斑产孢量的关系:产量水平在6000kg/ha以下时为正相关,在6000kg/ha以上时为负相关,不同品种之间在病斑产孢量、侵染机率和潜育期上均可有显著差异。
In order to estimate the important parameters of simulation model, the effects of growth stage of corn, fertility and varieties on the main components of resistance, including infection frequency, incubation period and sporulation capacity were studied. It was showed that the effects of growth stage of corn on the infection frequency and incubation period were notable, anti-infectibility of corn increased about 50% and incuba-tion period extended half a day with the increase of a newborn leaf. Spor-ulation capacity reached the greatest at the stage with 10-12 leaves. The level of fertility was negatively correlated with infection frequency, and there was no effect of it on the incubation period. The relationship between the level of fertility and sporulation capacity was that when the level of yield was lower than 6000 kg/na, it was positively correlated and when higher than 6000kg/ha, it was negatively. There were notable difference among sporulation capacity of lesions, infection frequency and incubation period of different varieties.
