摘要
入世后常熟农业面临着结构化调整、加快农村经济体制建立、促进优势农产品出口等机遇,同时也带来了诸如农业组织结构、农民收入、农民就业等挑战。因此,应壮大农业"龙头"企业,实行标准化生产,建立健全农村保险体制等一系列措施,以应对加入世贸组织后常熟农业面临的机遇和挑战。
After China's entry into WTO,Changshu agriculture,under the favorable circumstances of restructuring,quickening the establishment of rural economic system and promoting the export of advantageous agricultural products,faces such challenges as agricultural structure,farmers' income and employment.To cope with those challenges,measures should be taken to strengthen agricultural leading enterprises,enforce standard production and establish rural insurance system.
