摘要
利用牛型结核菌素(OT)、提纯结核菌素(PPD)进行变态反应的方法,对鹿做了3个不同组合的试验。得出了以OT点眼法检查鹿结核病为主的结论,为结核病鹿的检疫、净化病鹿场提供了可行的方法。
The authors carried out allergy of three different combination by using cattle old tuberculin (OT) and purified protein derivation (PPD). The results showed the best method is the ophthalmic reaction test by OT. Using this method the infected deers can be distinguished and the deer ranch can be cleaned.
