摘要
该文基于MRPⅡ在应用中的思考,就制造业内部信息化的发展取向问题进行了深层次的探索,提出了一种以项目为中心的管理信息系统的现代化管理集成方案,给出了该方案的功能分析,并结合实例进行了企业信息化的全面分析。
Based on contemplation of MRPII in the application,this paper explores deeply the development orientation of the internal informationalization of manufacturing enterprise,and puts forward a modern management integration scheme of management information system with project as center.The author provides functional analysis of this scheme and carries on a full analysis of enterprise informationalization with an example.
