摘要
本文以6个四棱大麦品种及其15个正交组合的杂种F_1为材料,研究了四棱大麦10个数量性状的一般配合力及其杂种优势。试验结果表明:株粒重、株粒数、主穗粒重、分蘖数、子粒重的杂种优势达10~20%;主穗粒数、主穗长、株高、主穗小穗数的杂种优势为5~10%;主穗茎长为4.38%。F_1株高、分蘖数与中亲、高亲、低亲的3个亲子相关系数达极显著水准;主穗茎长、株粒重的3个亲子相关系数达显著水准;而其余性状与中亲相关系数均达显著水准,和高亲、低亲的相关系数各有不同。一般配合力效应分析表明,吉8306、莫特44、蒙克尔一般配合力较好。
In this Paper, 6 barley cultivars were used for diallel cross. And their heterosis and combining ability in 10 quantitative characters were studied. The results of these studies showed that. The heterosis of kernel weight per plant, number of kernel per plant, kernel weight of main clum spike, number of tillerings, 1000-grain weight were remakarbly manifested, with a range of 10-20% over their mid-parental values. The heterosis of kernels of main clum spike were taking 5-10% over mid-parental values. Theheterosis of neck length of main clum spike was 4. 38% over mid-parental values. The results also showed that the most remarkable positve correlation existed between F1 and their mid-parental, high-parental, low-parental values of plant height, number of tillerings. The remarkable positive correlation existed between F1 and their mid-parental, high-parental, low-parental values of neck length of main clum spike and kernel weight per plant. And the different correlation existed between F1and theif mid-parental, high=parental, low-parental values of other characters. Among these 6 barley cultivars, Ji 8306, Mprtl 44, Manker are good general combiners.
