摘要
目的 探讨全身伽玛刀联合化疗治疗肺癌所致上腔静脉综合征 (SVCS)的临床疗效。方法 本组 31例SVCS均系经病理证实的肺癌病人 ,18例非小细胞肺癌先行全身伽玛刀治疗 ,再行化疗 ;13例小细胞肺癌先行化疗再行全身伽玛刀治疗 (并辅以常规外照射治疗 ) ,放疗结束后 3～ 4周再巩固化疗 1个疗程 ;同时配合消炎、利尿、抗凝等综合治疗。结果 完全缓解 (CR) 12例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 16例 ,总有效率 90 32 % ,中位缓解时间 12 8个月。结论 综合治疗肺癌所致SVCS可提高临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of whole body Gamma ray treatment system combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).Methods Thirty-one patients suffered from SVCS were diagnosed pathologically as lung cancer.Eighteen patients with non small-cell lung cancer were given chemotherapy after the treatment with whole body Gamma ray teratment system.Thirteen patients with small-cell lung cancer were given treatment with whole body Gamma ray treatment system after chemotherapy and adjuvant radiotherapy with routine dose.After the radiotherapy 3～4 weeks,the patients were given a period of consolidating chemotherapy.During the treatment,the patients were given comprehensive assistant treatment including antibiotic,diuresis,anticoagulation etc.Results The total effective rate was 90.32%(complete remission in 12 cases,part remission in 16 cases),median of remission time was 12.8 months.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effective of SVCS caused by lung cancer with comprehensive treatment is increcent.
