摘要
全球经济的飞速增长使城市以前所未有的速度发展,而以之为代价的是生态失衡,环境破坏几乎已到一触即发的程度。城市规划作为有效控制城市发展建设的手段,对经济与环境的可持续发展起着重要的作用。高新技术产业区是城市经济发展的主要力量,又是城市可持续发展的示范区,是城市规划解决经济与环境矛盾的“试验田”。本文重点从高新技术产业区的项目策划及生态规划两方面分析,说明经济与环境的可持续发展与城市规划本源的关系。
The increase of the global economy makes city develop with unprecedented speed for which the price is to lose the ecosystembalance. City planning,as an available way to control city construction,plays an important role for sustainable economy and environment.High-tech zone of a city is the main power to advance economic development and it is also the model for sustainable development as well as anexperiment field. The paper,by analyzing the planning of project and ecosystem of high-tech zone,tries to show the relationship between thesustainable development of economy and environment with the origin of city planning.[
