摘要
本文报道了抑菌剂2%草酸对料内常见杂菌的抑菌效果,并对用2%草酸拌料生产白僵菌与原料经高压灭菌生产白僵菌的田间防治效果进行了对比。在1987年田间试验的基础上,1988年进一步增加田间防治面积和调查项目,数据经统计分析说明,2%草酸拌料生产白僵菌对降低虫口密度,减少被害株率均与原料经高压灭菌生产白僵菌的效果相同,二者施用后增产幅度也较接近。故进一步证明了应用抑菌剂2%草酸拌料代替原料高压灭菌生产白僵菌的措施是可行的。
Bacteriostasis was investigated by using the bacteriostatic agent (2% oxalic acid) to control common bacteria in the medium. And the effective-nss of beauveria bassiaria produced by mixing 2% oxalic acid in the medium was compared with that of high-pressure sterilization method. In 1988 the experimental size and observed items were both increased on the basis of field experimeut done in 1987 and the result through variance analysis showed that the beauveria bassiaria produced through application of 2% oxalic acid mixed in the medium could lower pest population and decrease the percentage of damaged plants, with the similar effect as that of high-pressure sterilization procedure. And the yield increased to almost the same level for the two different methods. These showed that high-pressure sterilization can be substituted bv 2% oxalic acid mixed in the medium in the production of beauveria bassiaria.
