摘要
介绍了微珠比色测定磷、钙、镁的野外现场快速分析方法。微珠比色法测磷是在磷钼蓝分光光度法的基础上改进而成的,减少了测定的取样量,检出限降至1ng,磷的检测范围为1~1000ng,标准加入回收率为95%~105%,RSD为3.2%。微珠比色法测钙采用乙二醛缩 双(2 羟基苯胺)为显色剂,在碱性条件下,生成红色配合物,以辛醇为提取剂形成微珠,可测至20ng的钙,该方法快速简单,但稳定时间不长。镁与二甲苯胺蓝Ⅱ形成的蓝色配合物可被辛醇提取,富集于微珠中进行目视比色测定,干扰元素采用掩蔽剂消除,可测定低至20ng的镁。
Field methods for the determination of phosphor, calciumand magnesiumby microbead colorimetry were developed. The method for determination of phosphoris based on the improvement of phosphomdybdate spectrophotometry and provides the advantages of low detection limit (1 ng), wide dynamic range (1~1 000 ng), high recovery (95%~105%) and good precision (3.2% RSD). Glyoxalbis(2hydroxy aniline) is used as a colordeveloping agent for determination of calcium. In alkaline medium calcium forms red complex with glyoxalbis(2hydroxy aniline) and extracted by octanol to form a microbead for colorimetric determination of Ca. The method provides detection limit of 20 ng for Ca. Xylidyl blueⅡreacts with magnesium to form a blue complex and extract byoctanoland forms a microbead for visual colorimetric determination of Mg. Interferences from coexistent components are eliminated with masking reagents. The method provides detection limit of 20 ng for Mg.
