摘要
以高血脂症大鼠为模型,研究大豆蛋白的调节血脂作用。结果表明:大豆蛋白能明显降低高血脂症大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG),因而具有降低血脂功能。
Hypolipidemic effect of soy protein were examined in experimental hyperlipidemic rats induced by feeding high fat diet. The results showed that soy protein produced significant decreases in serum concentrations of total cholesterol and triglycerides without significantly affecting high-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations.
