摘要
人的社会化与社会的发展状况有着密切的关系,藏族大学生是未来的建设者和接班人,他们的社会化水平如何,直接影响着西藏未来的发展。要提高他们的社会化水平,使他们成长为全面发展的高素质人才,就应在西藏高校大力推行素质教育。
There are close relations between human socializatio n and the development of society. The Tibetan university students are the constructors and successors of the futur e and their socialization level influences the development of Tibet. If we intend to advanc e their socialization level and make them become the all-round high quality talents, we should carry out the quality education in the advanced schools of Tibet.
