摘要
采用硅烷类偶联剂 (KH5 70 )和大分子偶联剂来改善高岭土 HDPE的界面粘结 ,以达到增强增韧HDPE的作用。研究结果表明 ,用KH5 70改性的高岭土粒子 (<5 % ,w)填充HDPE ,可起到一定的增韧增强作用 ,其中KH5 70的最佳含量为 2 % (w)。用大分子偶联剂改性的高岭土粒子 (2 0 % ,w)填充HDPE ,可以获得比KH5 70更好的增韧增强效果 ,其中大分子偶联剂的最佳含量为 1 % (w)
KH570 and macromolecule coupling agent is used to improve the interfacial interaction of ultra-fine Kaolin particles and high density polyethylene (HDPE) blends, and a type of Kaolin/HDPE composite which has a good mechanical properties are prepared. Results show that the mechanical properties of these composites can be improved when Kaolin particles are treated with KH570, which the particles are less than 5%(w) of HDPE, and the optimum content of KH570 is 2%(w). The mechanical properties of HDPE enhanced by Kaolin particles treated with macromolecule coupling agent are better than that of KH570, and the optimum content of the macromolecule coupling agent is 1%(w).
