摘要
目的 :为了解阶梯式训练法对骨科生活自理缺陷病人的疗效。方法 :在病人入院时采用Katz指数分级法对骨科病人生活自理缺陷项目进行全面评估 ,然后针对各项生活自理缺陷进行护理和自我护理干预 ,出院前再次进行自理缺陷项目评估 ,并与常规组进行比较。结果 :入院时及出院时自理缺陷项目经统计学处理 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :阶梯式训练法调动了病人的主观能动性 。
Objective: to find out the effectiveness of step-by-step training used in patients with defect of self-care viability in orthopedics department. Methods: Katz index grading was adopted to evaluate the defect items of patients when they were admitted to hospital. Nursing care and self-nursing intervention were given to these patients aimed at their defect items of self-care viability. Re-evaluation had performed before they were discharged from the hospital. Results: Compared to routinely cared patients, there was statistical significance (P<0.005). Conclusion: step-by-step training may arouse the subjective initiative of patients and promote their self-care viability.
