文中阐述小波分析与共振解调技术的基本原理和它们之间的内在联系。介绍这两项技术在高速线材轧机机械设备工作状态在线监测诊断系统中的应用。该系统自投入运行以来,工作运行正常,效果显著,为高速线材轧机的安全、高效运行提供可靠保证。
It describes the wavelet analysis and resonance demodulation' s basic principle and their internal relation. It also introduces these two technology' s applicaion in the mechanical machine' s on-line inspection and diagnosis system of highspeed line roll machine. This system has marked effect after it is put into use. It provides reliable assurance for the security and higy-efficiency running of high-speed line roll machine.
