摘要
我国入世后 ,国内劳动力密集型农产品具有的价格比较优势遭遇国外“技术壁垒”封杀。关键是由于我们的农业标准化建设滞后及管理混乱 ,导致农产品质量不过硬 ,在国际市场竞争力弱。本文在对我国农业标准化建设现状及存在问题分析的基础上 ,从战略上 ,就农业标准化战略指导思想、目标。
