摘要
目的 :分析锤造冠桥修复体较易出现的并发症及其原因 ,探讨在临床应用中的局限性。方法 :收集5年来因锤造冠桥修复后并发症前来就诊的患者239例 ,按就诊原因进行分类统计 ,并对结果进行分析。结果 :锤造冠桥因强度和精密度较差 ,在使用一段时间后 ,可能出现修复体破 (断 )裂、桥体松动、基牙松动、基牙继发龋、牙龈牙周炎、嵌食等并发症。结论 :随着修复技术的日新月异 ,修复手段的更新 。
Objective:To study the reasons of complication caused by the prothesis with swaged crown and swaged bridge,the limited application was found out.Methods:239cases with complication of prothesis of swaged crown and swaged bridge were collected and the reasons relevant to the complications were analyzed.results:Since the swaged crown(bridge)was weak in strength and precision,it caused many complications,such as dummy breaking,loosening of dummy and abutment,recurrent caries,gingivitis and periodontitis and impactions etc.Conclusion:The prosthetic technology is changing quickly with every passing day,many advanced methods have been used in the clinical treatment.Swaged crown and swaged bridge could not be taken into consideration any more when the dentists make an clinical design on the patients.
