摘要
用户价值已被视为图书馆竞争优势的新来源,用户价值战略成为图书馆发展战略的重要内容。面对科学技术发展的日新月异以及信息技术的高速发展,图书馆必须依从不同的用户细分和自身的核心竞争力,选择适宜的用户价值定位,并以此为核心构建支撑体系,整合、协调内外部资源,发展图书馆的信息资源和服务,向用户提供独特的价值,从而获取持久的竞争和成长优势。
Customer Value is considered as a new source of library competition advantages and customer value strategy becomes the major concern of library development strategy. Facing the development of science and technology changing with each passing day, library must categorize the customers precisely and choose a suitable customer value orientation according to the self core competitivity. Therefore, upon the core, supporting system should be built, internal and entemal resources should be integrated and coordinated and library information resource and service should be developed to provide the customers with distinctive values. Then it can gain ever-lasting competitivity and developing advantages.
