摘要
本文利用最优回归设计,田间微区试验法对啤酒大麦莫尼斯(Monex)的合理施肥问题进行了研究。提出了其子粒产量、植株干物重和氦、磷、钾化肥用量之间的拟合度较好的二次回归方程,在此基础上导出它的经济最佳施肥量及最高产量施肥量。研究还表明:按照经济最佳施肥量用肥,子粒蛋白质含量>13%,不符合啤酒工业要求;在查明氮素营养是影响啤酒大麦质量的主要因子后,确定了经济效益和优良品质兼顾的综合施肥方案。
This paper describes the study on the proper feltilization of milting barley (Monex) by using optimal regression design and field plot eiperi-ment. The results show that the grain yield and yield of dry matter fit into quadratic equation curvilinear. It has calculated the nicdle amcunt of fertilizer application for economically optimal yield and maximum yield. The investigation indicates that fertilization acording to economically optimal amount lead up to the protein content of grain>13%. It has gone beyond the standard that beer-making industry defines. After finding the nitrogen nutrition is a main fabtor that affects the quality of milting barley, it establishes a fertilization plan for both economical benefit and better grainquality.
