摘要
在对并购中企业文化、文化整合的基本内涵解释的基础上,提出了企业并购的文化整合的三大动因;同时从企业文化自身的特性、企业文化差异、企业文化冲突等角度分析了文化整合所面临的障碍;最后从三个不同的维度出发,提出了企业并购的文化整合的三种选择模式。
Based on the explanation of the basic connotations of organization culture and culture integration, this paper develops three drives for the culture integration during mergers and analyzes the obstacles of culture integration in view of the characteristics, the differences and the conflict of the organization culture. In the end, the article proposes three models available of culture integration in mergers from three dimensions.
