摘要
现代社会的大量生产、大量消费导致垃圾大量增加。垃圾问题 ,特别是城市垃圾问题成了许多国家的一大难题。
The mass production and the carge consumption in modern society result in a high rise of garbage.Thus the municipal garbage has become a major problem to many countries.The corresponding measures on the garbage disposal taken by the Japaness government afford us some experience for reference.
