摘要
目的 探讨原因不明性流产与血清抗滋养细胞膜抗原 (TA)IgG的关系。 方法 采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)间接法检测 118例原因不明性早期反复流产 (UERSA)妇女、97例原因不明性晚期反复流产 (ULRSA)妇女及 75例正常孕妇血清中TAIgG的水平。结果 UERSA妇女血清TAIgG水平明显高于正常孕妇和ULRSA妇女 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而ULRSA妇女与正常孕妇相比 ,差异无显著性。结论 TAIgG是不明原因早期流产的重要原因之一。
Objective\ To probe into the relationship between unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and trophoblast antigen(TA) IgG in serum. Methods\ The TAIgG in serum of 118 women suffering from unexplained early RSA(UERSA),97 women with unexplained late RSA(ULRSA) and 75 normal pregnant women was tested by using ELISA. Results\ There was significant difference of TAIgG levels in serum between the UERSA and the normal pregnant women,but there was no difference between the ULRSA and the normal pregnant women. Conclusion\ TAIgG is one of the main reasons for the UERSA.
