砷对小鼠学习与记忆能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :砷对小鼠学习记忆能力影响的剂量、时程关系。方法 :采用Y型迷宫实验观察经含不同剂量亚砷酸钠 (NaAsO2 )饮水 (0 .6 4mg/L、1.92mg/L、5 76mg/L)及普饲喂养的 2个月、4个月组实验组小鼠与采用自来水、普饲喂养的对照组小鼠学习与记忆能力差别。结果 :经中剂量含砷水 (1.92mg/L)、普饲喂养的 2个月、4个月小鼠学习记忆能力弱于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其他实验组小鼠学习记忆能力和对照组无差别。结论 :中剂量砷对小鼠学习记忆能力有负面影响 ,而低剂量、高剂量砷对小鼠学习记忆能力无明显影响。高剂量砷对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响有一定时程关系。低剂量、中剂量砷对小鼠学习记忆能力影响没有时程关系。 Objective The dosage and epoch effect of arsenic to the mice' ability of learning and memory. Methods Using type Y labyrinth observe the different of the mice's ability of learning and memory, the mice in control section and in experiment sections which two months and four months old are feeded with tap water and ordinary feed, distinct dosage sodium arsenite in drinking(0.64 mg/L. 1.92 mg/L. 5.76 mg/L) and ordinary feed.Rusults The mice's ability of learning and memory which are feed with middling dosage and ordinary Feed are weaker than control section (P<0.05), others experiment sections have no difference with control experiment.Conclusion Middling dosage arsenic have negative effect to mice's ability of learning and memory ,but lower dosage and higher dosage have no effect to mice's ability of learning and memory.
