摘要 目的  探讨不同剂量地塞米松 (DXM )治疗重症病毒性脑炎的疗效。 方法   5 6例重症病毒性脑炎患儿分为甲、乙两组 ,每组 2 8例。甲组采用短程大剂量DXM治疗 ,乙组采用短程小剂量DXM治疗 ,在治疗过程中对两组的临床疗效及药物副作用进行观察。 结果  甲组的临床疗效明显优于乙组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组副作用基本相同 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论  早期大剂量、短疗程DXM治疗重症病毒性脑炎安全。 Objective To explore the efficacy of different dose of DXM in treating severe viral encephalitis.Methods Fifty six children with severe viral encephalitis were enrolled into the study and divided into two groups A and B group (28 cases each): Group A was treated with massive dose of DXM in short time,while group B was treated with small dose of DXM in short time.The clinical efficacy and drug side reaction were studied in the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of group A was markedly better than that of group B ( P <0\^05).The side reaction of two groups were similar ( P >0\^05).Conclusion This study indicated that early,massive dose,short time use of DXM was secure and effective in treating severe viral encephalitis.
