摘要 介绍了端粒酶催化亚单位(hTRT)的结构、功能,以及hTRT在恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗中的临床意义. The structure and function of catalytic subunit of telomerase were introduced. The clinical significances of catalytic subunit of telomerase in tumor were summarized.
