人力资本投资是当今知识经济时代经济发展的动因。中国的人力资本现状不能适应经济发展的要求。围绕人力资本与经济发展的关系 ,分析中国的人力资本是如何制约经济发展的 ,并就此提出了
Human capital investment is the motivation of economic development in the knowledge-based economy age. China's present human capital conditions can not be adapted to it economic development. After discussion of the relationship between human capital and economic development, how China's human capital has hindered its economic development is analyzed. Suggestions are presented to solve these problems.
