摘要近年来,基因定位研究,特别是人类基因定位研究发展十分迅速。畜禽基因定位研究也愈来愈受到重视。由于家猪与人类关系密切,染色体形态易于分辨,数目相对较少,其基因定位研究尤为引人注目。一、猪基因定位的研究方法用于基因定位研究的方法有多种,但在猪基因定位中应用的主要有以下3种。
