摘要
目的 观察凡士林纱布厚度及在锅中位置的灭菌效果 ,对凡士林纱布的灭菌方法进行研究。方法 将嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞 ATCC795 3布片 ,夹置于凡士林纱布的中心放于铝储物盒中 ,经手提式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后做细菌定性分析 ,对比多次进行实验检测。结果 3 2层以内的凡士林纱布由直接污染的嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞(ATCC795 3 )全部杀灭 ,杀灭指数为 (5× 10 5～ 5× 10 6 )。结论 采用手提式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌方法可靠 ,但应控制凡士林纱布的厚度 ,不易过厚 。
OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of the thickness of the gauze and the location in the pot on the effect of sterilization and study the sterilization method of vaseline gauze. METHODS Put Bacillus stearother mophilas spores ATCC7953 infected fabric piece in vaseline gauze located in aluminium storage box. After steam sterilization in portable steam sterilizer, the qualitative analysis will be done. The test monitoring will be done by several times. RESULTS The result is that the spores of ATCC7953 contaminated in the gauze in layer 32 is killed completely. The killing index is (5×l0 5 5×l0 6). CONCLUSIONS Portable steam sterilizer is reliable in sterilization, however, the thickness of the vaseline gauze shall be controlled, the gauze can not be too thick. And the location of upper level in the pot is the best position for the sterilization.
