摘要
目的 :探讨乳腺癌不典型的X线征象及诊断。方法 :按照美国放射学会 (ACR)创立并推荐的乳腺影像报道及数据系统的标准 ,总结分析 2 7例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌不典型X线征象。结果 :2 7例中 ,乳腺结构变形 10例 ,肿块11例 ,钙化 6例。结论 :乳腺癌在X线征象上不具特征性 ,可表现为乳腺结构扭曲、局限致密、毛刺肿块、钙化。仔细阅片 ,全面分析 ,必要时行B超、CT、MRI、SCNB等影像学检查 。
Objective:To study the atypical mammographic features of breast cancer.Methods:According to Breast Imaging and Data system (BIRADS) developed by American College of Radiology,atypical mammographic features of 27 cases of breast cancer were studied.Results:Distorted structure was found in 10 cases,tumor mass with hairy margin in 11 and calcification in 6.Conclusion:Mammograpphic features of breast cancer are often not characteristic.Comprehensive anaysis is necessary and combination with other examinations such as US,CT MRI and SCNB are valuable for accurate diagnosis.
