摘要
目的 :分析幽门螺杆菌 (H .pylori)的临床治疗方法及治疗药物的疗效情况 .方法 :选取有关H .pylori的临床治疗的文献资料 ,对其数据进行Meta分析 .结果 :三联疗法和二联疗法抗H .pylori感染的临床疗效无显著差异 (95 %可信限包含“0” ,P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :在我国现状下 ,三联疗法比二联疗法抗H .
AIM: To analyze clinical effects of medicine and clinical treatment in dealing with H. pylori . METHODS: Some articles concerning medicine and clinical treatment in dealing with H. pylori were selected and analyzed by using Meta. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in clinical effects between triple therapy and two related therapy(95% CI includes'0', P >0.05). CONCLUSION: In view of economy,the triple therapy is better than the two related therapy.
