摘要 从缓解城市交通拥挤的决策需要出发 ,本文对城市交通拥挤的特征及疏导决策进行了研究。首先归纳出五种拥挤基本属性 ,研究了拥挤的空间分布特点及其发展趋势 ,提出了一种实用的空间分布判别方法 :接着讨论了疏导城市交通拥挤的基本策略问题 ,分析了影响疏导控制策略的主要因素 ,并对疏导控制策略进行了分类。最后 ,在此基础上 ,构建了决策系统的框架。实际应用表明 ,论文研究成果具有现实有效性和可操作性 ,为城市交通拥挤疏导决策支持系统的实际开发提供了基础。 According to the demand of decision-making for alleviating the urban traffic congestion,this paper studies the characteristic and decision making for management of urban traffic congestion.Five primary attributes of congestion are concluded at first.The spatial distribution and the extension of congestion are particularly studied.A practical method for distinguishing the characteristics of spatial distribution is proposed.Then the basic strategies for congestion control are discussed,including the main factors influencing the strategies and the classification of strategies.Finally,framework of decision support system is studied.The application results reveal the validity and maneuverability of the study,and thus a foundation for developing the decision support system for urban traffic congestion management is provided.
