摘要
介绍了嗪草酮原药的气相色谱法分析方法 ,选用 5 %OV - 17/GasChromQ色谱柱 ,进行定量分析测定。标准偏差为 0 45 ,变异系数为 0 49% ,回收率为 99 0 8%～ 10 0 10 %。
A method for separation and determination of metribuzin by gas chromatography on 5%OV-17 /Gas Chrom Q was developed.The standard deviation is 0 45,coefficient of variation is 0 49%,recovery is 99 08%～100 10%.
