摘要 采用胆甾醇与乙酸酐直接酯化法合成胆甾醇乙酸酯,优化后的工艺条件为:n(乙酸酐):n(胆甾醇)=1.9~2.0:1,反应温度80%,反应时间3 h,在此条件下,产率可达95%以上;经无水乙醇重结晶,纯度达99%以上。产品的熔点为97.5℃,清亮点为113℃,IR谱图分析和元素分析结果表明,产物纯度较高。 The cholesteryl acetate is synthesized by direct esterification of cholesterol and acetic anhydride. The optimal synthetic conditions obtained are as follows : The molar ratio of acetic anhydride to cholesterol is 1.9 -2.0:1, reaction time 3h and reaction temperature 80ccccccccccccc. The yield of cholesteryl acetate is above 95% . The product is recrystallized by absolute ethyl alcohol and the purity of the product obtained is above 99% . The melting point is 97.5cccccccccccccc and liquid crystalline phase temperature is 113ccccccccccccccc . IR Analysis and element analysis show that the purity of product is higher.
