摘要
辅酶Q10的制备方法有4种:动植物细胞提取法、植物细胞培养法、化学合成法和微生物发酵法,其中微生物发酵法是近几年国内外开发的热点,被认为是较有前途的工艺。通过对比,指出应积极筛选辅酶Q10高产菌株,实现发酵法生产辅酶Q10的工业化。
There are four methods, propagation cell extraction, plant cell culture, chemical synthesis and microbiological fermentation, for the preparation of coenzyme Q10. Among these, microbiological fermentation method is the hot spot of development in recent years at home and abroad and is considered as a process with broad prospect. It is pointed out that attention should be paid on the sieving of coenzyme Q10 strains of high yield so as to realize the industrial production of coenzyme Q10 by microbiological fermentation.
