基于小波脊线的电动机转子故障检测新方法 被引量:31

摘要 由于转子断条故障的特征频率分量与基频分量非常接近,而其幅值又远远小于基频的幅值,因此,这给检测工作带来了很大的困难。该文针对异步电动机起动时断条故障分量逐渐逼近基频分量的特点,采用小波脊线的研究方法,提取出了断条故障特征分量,有效地消除了基频分量的影响,提高了转子断条故障检测的准确性,同时也为转子断条故障检测领域提供了一种新的检测方法。 The characteristic frequency component (CFC) of a faulted rotor is very close to the line frequency component but far smaller in its amplitude, which brings about great difficulty for the detection. A new detection method based on wavelet ridge is presented in this paper. Aiming at motor抯 startup procedure during which the CFC of faulted rotor approaches the line frequency gradually, wavelet ridge-based method is adopted to analyze this transient procedure and the CFC is extracted. The influence of line frequency can be effectively eliminated, and the accuracy of detection can be greatly improved by using the method presented in this paper. Meantime, this is indeed a novel but excellent method for the detection of motor faulted rotor.
