摘要 Notch信号限定一个发育的经典细胞间相互作用机制 ,该机制在多细胞生物进化过程中起重要作用。在相邻细胞间通过Notch受体交换的信号 ,可以放大和强化细胞间的分子差异并最终决定细胞的命运。Notch信号活性影响细胞分化、增殖与凋亡等多种程序的实现 ,为影响器官形成和形态起源提供一个通用发育工具。 Notch signaling defines an evolutionarily ancient cell interaction mechanism, which plays a fundamental role in metazon development. Signals exchanged between neighboring cells through the Notch receptor can amplify and consolidate molecular differences, which eventully dictate cell fates. Notch activity affects the implementation of differentiation,proliferation, and apoptotic programs, providing a general developmental tool to influence organ formation and morphogenesis.
