摘要
利用 1970～ 1995年咸宁气象资料 ,分析了鄂南西南涡暴雨的气候特征及环流形势 。
By using the meteorological data of Xianning from 1970 to 1995,we analyzed the climatic characters and circulation patterns of the heavy rain in the south of Hubei province caused by the effect of Southwest vortex , and constituted the heavy rain indexes of prediction.
