摘要
春秋战国时期社会政治、经济与文化的迅速发展 ,为土地市场的萌芽创造了诸种条件 :以铁器畜耕为标志的农业生产力革命以及商品经济的初步发展 ,为其产生提供了核心动力与经济前提 ;土地私有化的发展 ,则是土地市场萌芽的制度基础 ;七国变法运动 ,从法权角度开启了土地准许买卖之首端 ,又为土地市场之萌芽提供了法律保障。
The rapid development of the social politics, economy and culture during the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring stage period created many conditions for the sprout of the land market: the agricultural productivity revolution marked by iron implements and cattle cultivation and preliminary growing of commercial economy provided core dynamics and economic premise; the development of the land private ownership was the institutional basis of the land market sprout; the seven countries political reform movement, which initiated the land trade legally, guaranteed from the law the sprout of the land market.
