摘要
中西部地区农民尽快进入市场是缩小收入差距和地区经济差距的现实选择和当务之急。中西部地区农民进入市场既受到农民进入市场主体角色不成熟的制约 ,也有诸多客观障碍因素。中西部地区农民进入市场的实现途径是 :加快农村市场体系建设 ,还权于民 ,确保农民的市场主体地位及其各项经营自主权 ,引导农民有组织地进入流通 ,采取倾斜性政策措施和切实转变政府职能。
It is urgent to reduce the gap between eastern regions and mid western regions by market economy. Mid western Farmers have a lot of obstacles into market economy .I think the ways of mid-western farmers into market economy are that rural market system should be set up ,the farmers get more rights that they should have and the farmers should be led to market economy by government.
