摘要
目的 :探讨外阴硬化性苔癣与免疫功能的关系。方法 :采集患者静脉血 ,检测血清中CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD16 + T细胞水平 ;对照组采用正常献血妇女静脉血。结果 :患者组CD4 + T/CD8+ T细胞比值明显低于正常对照组 ,且差异有显著性。结论 :硬化性苔癣的患者体内存在免疫应答过度 ,且造成机体自身组织的损伤。
Objective:To observe the relation between the lichen sclerosus of vulva and thymus dependent lymphocyte.Methods:The levels of CD3 + CD4 + CD8 + CD16 + T cell in the serum were measured,30 normal women served as control. Results:The level of CD4 +/CD8 +T lymphocyte of the lichen sclerosus of vulva significantly higher than control.Conclusions:there is over stronger immunoueraction in the patient,it destroy the tissue of vulva.
