摘要
目的探讨脾结核临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析11例脾结核的临床资料。结果本组原发性脾结核4例,继发性脾结核7例。诊断主要根据CT、B超、腹腔镜及临床特点表现。7例手术切除脾,4例保守抗结核治疗,均治愈。结论应依据不同病情,选用不同治疗方法,脾结核是可以治愈的。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features and therapy of splenic tuberculosis.Methods11 cases osplenic tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThere were 4 cases of primary splenic tuberculosis,7 cases osecondary splenic tuberculosis.Confirmed diagnosis was obtained by CT、ultrasound、laparoscope and clinical features.7 caseunderwent splenectomy and 4 cases were given oral anti-tubercular regime.All the patients recovered.ConclusionsIaccording to patients condition,individualized treatment should be adopt for splenic tuberculosis.The prognosis is well.
