摘要
高校是影响区域经济发展的重要因素,在聚集和培养人才、推动科技进步和促进社会文明方面起着不可替代的作用。通过创新办学体制、推进素质教育、加强国际合作、确保经费投入等手段,充分发挥其职能,是21世纪高校自身改革和区域经济发展的双重需要。
Universities is an important factor in regional economic development. They play a key role in developing science and improving social civilization. This paper points out that universities should fulfil their functions in terms of creative education system, advocating qualificationoriented education, strengthening international cooperations and assuring enough financial input.
