摘要
目的 研究胸椎间盘突出症的临床表现及手术治疗方式。方法 回顾性复习治疗的1 5例胸椎间盘突出症病例 ,比较各类手术的随访结果。结果 1 5例胸椎间盘突出症的手术治疗效果显示 ,对椎管内容骚扰少的术式效果较好。结论 胸椎间盘突出症临床上较少见 。
Objective To study the clinical manifestation and operative treatment of thoracic disc herniation.Methods Fifteen cases of thoracic disc herniation were reviewed and the results of operative treatment were compared.Results The treatment effect was better in those cases treated with less interference with the spinal cord.Conclusion Though rarely do we see cases of thoracic disc herniation clinically,we should carefully avoid interferring with the spinal cord during operative treatment.
