摘要
目的 探讨先天性心脏病 (先心病 )有无心肌纤维化及其程度。方法 (1 )对 30例先心病患儿的右心耳心肌组织样本进行病理切片 ,VG染色观察。 (2 )采用SDS PACE聚丙烯凝胶电泳测定样本中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果 (1 )心肌样本Ⅰ型胶原为 84 43 %± 1 0 35 % ,Ⅲ型胶原1 5 56 %± 1 0 53 % ,Ⅰ /Ⅲ型胶原比值为 6 2 5± 5 0 9。 (2 )病理切片观察有心肌纤维化存在 ,它与X线心胸比例有相关性 (P <0 0 5)。 (3)室间隔缺损心肌重塑与心脏缺损的大小有一定关系 (P <0 0 5)。结论 先心病有心肌纤维化存在 。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the possible influence of myocardial fibrosis (MF) on the development of congenital heart disease (CHD).Methods (1)Biopsies from right atrial myocardium were carried out in 30 CHD patients.Fibrosis tissure in the myocardial specimen was confirmed by V.G.stain.(2)Biochemical levels of type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅲ collagen had been measured in 30 myocardial specimens by SDS gel electrophoresis.Results (1)Levels of type Ⅰ collagen were 84 43%±10 35% and type Ⅲ collagen were 15 56%±10 53% in myocardial specimen,the ratio of type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅲ collagen was equal to 6 25±5 09.(2)There was myocardial fibrosis by pathology section.In chest photograth,the ratio of heart and chest was found to be associated with the degree of myocardial fibrosis ( P< 0 05).(3)We investigated 18 VSD patients that had been measured the level of collagen were positive relationship with degree of the defect ( P< 0 05).Conclusion (1)Congenital heart disease is associated with myocardial remodeling.(2)The degree of myocardial fibrosis of CHD was associated with degree of the defect and size of the heart.
