摘要
目的 了解综合医院护士接触抗肿瘤药物的自身防护意识 ,引起广大护理人员及管理者的重视。方法 通过问卷和访谈形式 ,调查临床一线护理人员对抗肿瘤药物的自身防护状况。结果 护理人员对使用抗癌药的防护意识较差。讨论 护理人员对使用抗癌药的防护意识较差与医院管理及自身知识缺乏有关 ,应不断健全对抗肿瘤药物的防护措施并完善对护士的预防保健。
With tumor incidence rising year by year, more and more antitumor drugs are being used in clinical therapy. To clarify the self protection status of nurses who contact antitumor drugs, an investigation was made in a general hospital, hoping that the results can arouse attention of common duty nurses and administrators as well to intensify health protection of nurses who contact antitumor drugs.
